Things Cooks Love is the first in a series of books from the cookware retailer Sur La Table. It speaks to the love cooks have for the tools they use to prepare meals. Unlike any other cookbook, this one is cookware driven with detailed information on over 60 pieces of cookware plus two accompanying recipes. There is even an entry for alternatives if you don’t own the cookware but would like to try the recipes. This book is more than about cookware and recipes. There are guides to ingredients used throughout and helpful side bars with tips.
