Whole World Vegetarian
I’ve just begun work on a new book called A Taste of Honey. It will be a small book of 60 plus delectable honey recipes, folklore and facts, plus a glossary explaining the flavor profiles of the many different varieties of honey now found in our markets. With the popularity of beekeeping and the proliferation of different types of honey now available I seek to make this the go-to book for what foods to pair well with that wildflower, star thistle, tupelo and dozens of other honey varieties. My kitchen is abuzz and I’m having a deliciously great time with this project. But, there is more.
