Upcoming Events of Marie Simmons

After over 25 years writing cookbooks and various articles for magazines and newspapers I decided to take a position at COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food, and the Arts in January 2005. My title is Culinary Programs Manager. My responsibilities include teaching classes, meeting visitors, and developing programs. I work with visiting cookbook authors and chefs and manage a culinary department of three. One of our most exciting programs is the weekly Taste of COPIA lunch on Fridays.
